Responsibilities & Skills

Lattice is a global worldwide community of engineers, designers, and operations specialists, supported by world-class sales, marketing, and corporate functions. Our Penang office plays a key role in enabling smooth business operations and employee experience.

Lattice is looking for a highly motivated Administrative Intern to support the Penang office in day-to-day office administration and operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate administrative processes, stakeholder engagement, and facilities support in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You Can Expect to Learn & Do

·       Engage regularly with employees to support administrative needs

·       Engage occasionally with vendors, universities, and government agencies

·       Support general office and facilities operations

·       Assist with logistics for travel, shipment, and events

·       Support new hire onboarding processes

·       Assist with event planning and coordination

·       Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support

Accountabilities

·       Support office administration and facilities operations

·       Coordinate logistics for travel, shipments, meetings, and events

·       Assist with onboarding activities for new hires

·       Liaise with vendors, agencies, and academic partners

·       Maintain records, documentation, and basic reporting

·       Contribute to a positive and collaborative office environment

Qualifications / Candidate Profile

·       Currently enrolled in a non-engineering Bachelor undergraduate program

·       Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

·       Strong communication and organizational skills

·       Good teamwork and resourcefulness

·       Experience in event organization is an advantage

·       Extra-curricular leadership experience is a plus

·       Positive attitude and willingness to learn
