Lattice Semiconductor is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Global Facilities to lead the planning, development, and operations of our worldwide real estate portfolio and workplace environments. This is a high-visibility executive role that partners closely with senior leadership, finance, HR, IT, and business unit heads to ensure our facilities infrastructure enables business growth, employee productivity, and operational excellence across all global sites.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in corporate real estate, facilities management, and workplace strategy, with the ability to operate effectively across diverse geographies including North America, Asia Pacific, and EMEA. This leader will manage a high-performing, globally distributed team and oversee a significant capital and operating budget.
- Own and execute Lattice's global real estate strategy, including site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions across a multi-site international portfolio.
- Partner with executive leadership to align facilities plans with business growth strategies, headcount planning, and organizational changes.
- Lead portfolio optimization efforts—evaluating consolidations, expansions, and site rationalization to reduce costs and enhance employee experience.
- Manage all lease administration, renewals, and landlord relationships for sites including Hillsboro OR, San Jose CA, Austin TX, Montreal, Shanghai, Pune, Penang, Manila, and Singapore.
- Define and execute a global facilities strategy aligned with company growth and evolving workplace needs
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple regions, ensuring reliability of critical building systems and consistent service delivery
- Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide clear visibility into performance, costs, and opportunities
- Manage global operating and capital budgets, driving cost efficiency and long-term planning
- Oversee vendor strategy, including MSAs, performance management, and service optimization
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across all locations
- Advance sustainability initiatives related to energy, carbon, and resource efficiency
- Build and lead high-performing global teams, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture
- Partner closely with Real Estate, HR, IT, Finance, and executive leadership
- Ensure all Lattice global sites comply with local health, safety, and environmental regulations, and drive a culture of safety-first operations.
- Champion Lattice's sustainability and ESG commitments through energy efficiency, waste reduction, and green building initiatives.
- Oversee EHS programs, emergency preparedness, and business continuity planning for all facilities.
Required
- 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate facilities management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role with global scope.
- Proven track record managing a complex, multi-site international real estate and facilities portfolio (500,000+ sq ft preferred).
- Deep expertise in lease negotiation, real estate transaction management, and portfolio strategy.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale capital projects (new office builds, lab/technical environments, major renovations).
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, communicate clearly, and build relationships at the C-suite level.
- Experience managing global teams across different time zones and cultural contexts.
- Financial acumen with experience managing $20M+ operating and capital budgets.
- Solid understanding of EHS compliance, sustainability practices, and applicable local regulations across global markets.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Facilities, Business); advanced degree or certifications (CFM, FMP, LEED, PMP) a plus
