  • Partner with executive leadership to align facilities plans with business growth strategies, headcount planning, and organizational changes.

  • Manage all lease administration, renewals, and landlord relationships for sites including Hillsboro OR, San Jose CA, Austin TX, Montreal, Shanghai, Pune, Penang, Manila, and Singapore.
  • Define and execute a global facilities strategy aligned with company growth and evolving workplace needs
  • Lead day-to-day operations across multiple regions, ensuring reliability of critical building systems and consistent service delivery
  • Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide clear visibility into performance, costs, and opportunities
  • Manage global operating and capital budgets, driving cost efficiency and long-term planning
  • Oversee vendor strategy, including MSAs, performance management, and service optimization
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across all locations
  • Advance sustainability initiatives related to energy, carbon, and resource efficiency
  • Build and lead high-performing global teams, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture
  • Partner closely with Real Estate, HR, IT, Finance, and executive leadership
  • Ensure all Lattice global sites comply with local health, safety, and environmental regulations, and drive a culture of safety-first operations.
  • Champion Lattice's sustainability and ESG commitments through energy efficiency, waste reduction, and green building initiatives.
  • Oversee EHS programs, emergency preparedness, and business continuity planning for all facilities.
