1. Serve as the primary interface with subcontractors to ensure production deliveries are met.

2. Monitor daily production status to maintain smooth product flow in outsourced manufacturing operations.

3. Coordinate with subcontractors and forwarders on material transfer arrangements.

4. Monitor cycle times of key processes to achieve delivery goals.

5. Resolve day-to-day conflicts in production priorities.

6. Liaise with subcontractors regarding build documents and special work requests.

7. Collaborate closely with internal groups to align on targets and expectations.
