Responsibilities & Skills

We are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Generalist to support our growing Penang operations, with a strong background in Talent Acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment initiatives for LPG (Lattice Penang) site.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.

  • Manage recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

  • Participate in HR programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

  • Manage onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.

  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local labor laws and company policies.

  • Provide support in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements for onboarding, training, and immigration as per Malaysian employment law.

  • Maintain HR data accuracy and support HR reporting and analytics.

  • Partner with payroll, compensation, and HR operations teams for seamless employee support.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and action planning.

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.

  • Support workforce planning, attrition analysis, and retention initiatives.

  • Prepare periodic HR dashboards and reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.

  • 8–12 years of HR experience, including experience in Talent Acquisition.

  • Experience supporting IT, Semiconductor, Product Engineering, or R&D organizations preferred.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and HR best practices.

  • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
