Responsibilities & Skills

Lattice Semiconductor is seeking for an Accountant to join our Finance Team focused on Lattice Accounting and Compliance.  This position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with ample opportunity to contribute, learn and grow.

Accountabilities: 

The general accounting position will handle below listed activities mostly supporting consolidated accounting, including but not limited to compliance to policies and guidelines and SOX internal controls.

  • Responsible for the primary and statutory books of Lattice
  • Prepare month end close journal entries and various close activities
  • Prepare Account Reconciliations and Analysis
  • Financial Review and Comparative Analysis
  • SOX compliance and documentation requirements
  • Coordinate and Work with External Auditors during Financial Audit
  • Local Compliance requirements, varies based on country it is based
  • Prepaid and Contract Accounting
  • Ad Hoc requirements

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science Accountancy
  • CPA is preferred
  • At least 7 years’ relevant experience.
  • Advantage on the experience in Oracle, Blackline system and Concur System
  • Self-Driven and has initiative to learn the system
  • Background in Sales Office Accounting is an advantage
  • Strong technical accounting background with a thorough knowledge of US GAAP
  • Oracle ERP experience preferred
  • Strong, disciplined work paper preparation skills
  • Highly detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to effectively communicate technical issues to finance and non-finance personnel at all levels of a global organization
  • Ability to lead meetings
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and manage competing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
