Responsibilities & Skills

Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a passionate and driven professional to join our global Robotics and Humanoid Business Development team. This strategic role is dedicated to accelerating our presence in the rapidly evolving humanoid robotics market, with a focus on sales excellence, innovation, and partnership cultivation. The ideal candidate will engage with key market makers, drive winning strategies, and spearhead the adoption of advanced physical AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with global market makers and industry leaders to identify and capture new business opportunities in the humanoid robotics sector.
  • Win and learn in emerging market segments, rapidly iterating approaches based on real-world feedback and competitive intelligence.
  • Innovate with leading-edge physical AI solutions, including sensor aggregation, far edge processing, Edge AI, low latency connectivity, motion control, and deterministic activation.
  • Track, map, and analyze customer and partner engagements to ensure actionable insights and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and nurture critical ecosystem partnerships to enable scalable, differentiated solutions for our customers.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies that position Lattice as a leader in humanoid robotics and physical AI enablement.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in global sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within the technology sector.
  • Deep understanding of robotics and/or humanoid market trends, customer needs, and solution value propositions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in mapping partner ecosystems and driving collaborative business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience selling or evangelizing Edge AI solutions, sensor technologies, or edge computing platforms.
  • Familiarity with physical AI architectures, including sensor fusion, real-time processing, and advanced motion control.
  • Demonstrated success in global market engagement and multicultural partnership development.
  • Technical background in electronics, robotics, or related fields is a plus.
