Responsibilities & Skills

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales and field application engineers (FAE) to identify, document, and prioritize successful design wins for replication.

  • Facilitate clear and continuous communication between sales, FAEs, applications engineering, technical support, and R&D to ensure alignment on requirements, priorities, and technical feasibility.

  • Translate customer requirements, segment trends, and competitive insights into clear project scopes and actionable tasks for technical teams.

  • Drive awareness and education campaigns to commercial teams and FAEs on replicated design solutions, including development of engaging collateral, sales enablement resources, and best-practices documentation.

  • Lead regular cross-team meetings, update stakeholders, and track progress of replication efforts against established KPIs.

  • Collect feedback from field-facing teams on obstacles or enhancements necessary for broader design win adoption and bring these insights to technical and R&D leaders.

  • Support segment marketing in market analysis, customer feedback loops, and roadmap prioritization to maximize the business impact of design replication activities.

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with semiconductor, electronics, or technology industry, especially in solution-selling or design win environments.

  • Track record of driving communications, enablement, and adoption efforts across geographically dispersed teams.

  • Skills in creating marketing collateral, sales playbooks, and technical documentation for cross-functional stakeholders.
