Responsibilities:
Partner with sales and field application engineers (FAE) to identify, document, and prioritize successful design wins for replication.
Facilitate clear and continuous communication between sales, FAEs, applications engineering, technical support, and R&D to ensure alignment on requirements, priorities, and technical feasibility.
Translate customer requirements, segment trends, and competitive insights into clear project scopes and actionable tasks for technical teams.
Drive awareness and education campaigns to commercial teams and FAEs on replicated design solutions, including development of engaging collateral, sales enablement resources, and best-practices documentation.
Lead regular cross-team meetings, update stakeholders, and track progress of replication efforts against established KPIs.
Collect feedback from field-facing teams on obstacles or enhancements necessary for broader design win adoption and bring these insights to technical and R&D leaders.
Support segment marketing in market analysis, customer feedback loops, and roadmap prioritization to maximize the business impact of design replication activities.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with semiconductor, electronics, or technology industry, especially in solution-selling or design win environments.
Track record of driving communications, enablement, and adoption efforts across geographically dispersed teams.
Skills in creating marketing collateral, sales playbooks, and technical documentation for cross-functional stakeholders.
