1. Full Device Ownership of Lattice FPGA and CPLD Products, Monitor and Analyze Product Performance and Functionality on High Volume - Improve Product Yield, Quality, and Cost
2. Support on Test and Sort yield issues, including Process - Overseas Production
4. Collection, Analysis of Data for Product Cost Reduction through Yield Improvement, Test Time Reduction, Test Program Improvements (Checkout and Release to Manufacturing), Quality Improvement Program.                         5. Creation and Implementation of Automated Tools and Reports for Engg Data Analysis that will benefit the overall Productivity of the Manufacturing Engineering Team   
6. Ramp-up of new products to High Volume Manufacturing
7. Support Customer returns                               8. Drives Continuous Improvements for Sort, Test, and Process (Test Screens, etc.)
