Job Description
We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and data‑driven APAC MarComm Specialist to execute and scale Lattice’s social media presence across key Asia‑Pacific markets, with a focus on WeChat and Weibo platforms. This role is responsible for daily channel management, content development, localization workflows, community engagement, analytics reporting, and supporting regional campaigns.

Reporting to the APAC MarComm manager, you will play an important role in telling our exciting story through key communications mediums. You will also work closely with global comms, social media, and digital marketing teams to ensure all APAC social channels deliver high‑quality, culturally resonant, and on‑brand content that accelerates engagement, awareness, and measurable business impact.

This is an execution‑first role ideal for someone who loves social storytelling, thrives in fast‑moving environments, and is passionate about tailoring content for culturally diverse audiences.


Responsibilities
Social Media Channel Ownership (Primary Focus)

  • Own day‑to‑day management and posting for APAC regional social media channels, including WeChat, Weibo.

  • Drive strategic organic and paid social posting programs aligned with business needs.

  • Localize global content for APAC audiences, ensuring tone, style, and cultural nuance resonate regionally.

  • Build weekly and monthly editorial calendars aligned to global messaging, product milestones, and local opportunities.

  • Ensure timely publishing, quality control, hashtag strategy, visuals, and copywriting for all posts.

  • Organize and maintain digital assets to ensure efficient content production and easy retrieval.

  • Track, analyze, and report weekly and monthly platform metrics, including engagement, reach, follower growth, video performance, and sentiment.

  • Examine and recommend channel expansion strategies, as needed.

Content Creation & Localization

  • Monitor channel activity daily and engage with followers, customers, influencers, and media contacts where appropriate.

  • Track and flag regional trends, competitor activity, and emerging conversations relevant to Lattice technologies and industry verticals.

  • Provide input into real‑time engagement strategies during launches, campaigns, and events.

Translation & Localization

  • Support MarComm manager to coordinate translations and manage review cycles across internal and external partners.
  • Ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and quality across all translated content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with PR and comms teams to amplify earned media across APAC channels.

  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders.

  • Assist with cross-functional marketing programs to support collaborative projects as needed.

  • Champion and represent the brand through your deliverables and interactions with internal and external audiences, including building relationships with press, influencers, and vendors.

  • Other relevant duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, PR, or related fields in APAC region, preferably in the tech or semiconductor industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate highly technical information into easy-to-understand content.

  • Knowledge of public relations and social media principles, trends, mediums, and tools including account-based marketing, content marketing, campaign-based marketing, visual storytelling, social media marketing, and measurement.

  • Organized, process-minded, detail-oriented, and capable of working on multiple programs simultaneously, while maintaining high quality of work product.

  • Proactive, responsible, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams on tight schedules.

  • Semiconductor industry and B2B experience preferred, agency and in-house experience a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to operate across time zones to support high-priority projects, as needed.
