Accountabilities:

• Work closely with silicon, software, and solutions engineers from the Worldwide Applications organization to develop cutting-edge training content with AI tools.
• Work with Field Application Engineer teams and channel partners from around the world to understand training needs of customers from various market segments.
• Craft learning plans to match customer needs on different phases of their development journey, as we establish deeper and more productive relationships.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure that allows users to reserve slots and access virtual labs via remote desktop applications, ensuring seamless and efficient usage.
• Conduct thorough verification of labs and hands-on tutorials before course publication and live events to ensure the highest quality of training materials.
• Exploration of AI tools for content development and enhance training experience based on customer journey.

Requirements:

• Major in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or IT.
• Knowledge in circuit or digital design, Verilog and/or VHDL.
• Knowledge in web application development and programming language such as HTML, CSS or Javascript.
• Strong interest in instruction design, training development and UI/UX knowledge.
• Able to articulate and have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
