Responsibilities & Skills

Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for server architectural innovation? Lattice Semiconductor is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our growth within Taiwan’s Tier-1 Server ODMs (focusing on Cloud Service Provider business). In this role, you won't just sell components; you will lead customers through value-driven technical solutions, shaping the future of Server and Data Center infrastructures through Lattice’s industry-leading FPGA portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Tier-1 Server ODM Engagement (CSP focus): Lead and deepen long-term business relationships with Taiwan’s Tier-1 Server ODMs. Drive product adoption and design-ins by identifying critical customer pain points and leveraging Lattice’s cutting-edge FPGA technology to resolve complex architectural challenges in the CSP space.

  • Strategic Partnership & Account Growth: Spearhead sustainable business growth within assigned key accounts. Act as a strategic consultant to bridge technical gaps with high-value FPGA solutions, creating a win-win synergy that integrates Lattice technology into next-generation server architecture while ensuring long-term profitability and success for both parties.

  • Multi-Level Relationship & Executive Engagement: Deepen organizational ties by navigating and mapping complex client structures. Build trust-based partnerships across all levels—from key architects, PLD engineers, and system designers to executive leadership. Act as a trusted advisor to align Lattice’s technology roadmap with the customer's long-term strategic goals.

  • Account Execution & Business Growth: Stay on top of every aspect of the business. Take full ownership of design project pipelines and milestones, provide accurate demand forecasts, and consistently hit revenue targets. Keep a close eye on competitor moves and market shifts to ensure Lattice remains the preferred choice for the customer.

  • Value-Based Leadership: Shift the competitive landscape from "price" to "value." Define and execute product strategies that emphasize Lattice’s unique IP, power efficiency, and security features to meet the evolving demands of the server market.

  • Operational & Logistics Excellence: Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customer procurement and supply chain departments. Ensure smooth operations and proactively resolve logistics or fulfillment challenges to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with FAE, Marketing, and AE teams to synchronize product roadmaps with market demands and ensure Lattice solutions effectively solve server-specific application challenges.

Job Requirements

- Education & Background

  • Industry Expertise: 10+ years of Sales/Marketing experience in the Server or Data Center sector. Deep familiarity with the Taiwan ODM ecosystem, CSP requirements, and server architecture trends.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required. A degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field is preferred to lead high-level technical discussions.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing Tier-1 accounts and delivering complex semiconductor solutions—from initial opportunity identification and design-win to successful mass production.

  • Value-Selling DNA: Proven ability to drive value-driven positioning rather than competing on price; expert at leveraging architectural advantages and total cost of ownership (TCO) over commodity pricing.

  • Supply Chain Acumen: Experienced in navigating procurement processes and managing logistics in the fast-paced server industry.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin. Ability to work effectively across diverse global teams and cultures.

- Preferred Qualifications (A Significant Plus):

  • Prior experience with FPGA products or programmable logic solutions.

  • AND/OR a strong background working directly with or within Server ODMs/OEMs.
