Responsibilities & Skills
Accountabilities:
- Enable customers by resolving device / IP / software issues, inclusive of debugging, simulations, customer education, and close communications with stakeholders.
- Create / debug or enhance customer demos and reference designs for Lattice devices and evaluation boards.
- Develop or improve technical publications such as data sheets, user guides, and application notes.
- Evaluate and test new software releases.
- Assist in product definition per customer requirements and needs.
- Support engagements and presentations such as seminars, web cases, and training programs.
- Deliver device and tools training to FAEs, Distributor FAEs & customers.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with frequent technological updates.
