Lattice seeks a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Program Manager to be the key interface between engineering, operations and business teams to drive programs for Silicon devices, Soft-IP and software tools. The role will demand close collaboration across global, multidisciplinary teams to successfully manage the scope, schedule, risks,
reporting, issue resolution and resources of complex FPGA programs. The qualified candidate will drive cross-functional engagements to establish clear alignment between requirements and engineering priorities, and to deliver successful programs. They will employ best-in-class program management practices to facilitate prioritization, planning, and stakeholder management, ensuring timely delivery of commitments. The ideal candidate brings a strong passion for building collaborative relationships with stakeholders and championing collective success.
Requirements
- Drive the execution of Lattice’s FPGA Silicon programs through various development phases (architecture, design, verification, validation and release).
- Engage regularly with global stakeholders (Silicon, SW, SoftIP, HW, Operations, Marketing) to drive execution, resolve issues, and ensure on-time program completion.
- Define and align on program roles, responsibilities, metrics, requirements, and deliverables.
- Partner with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans.
- Manage schedule, scope, resources, risks, and reporting to ensure successful program delivery.
- Drive timely cross-functional issue resolution to meet program requirements.
- Provide regular status updates to key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment on expectations, progress, and decisions.
Candidate profile
- Self-motivated with intellectual curiosity and a strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- BS in EE/CE/CS or similar with 6+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience managing product lifecycle across integrated circuits, packaging, validation, qualification, IP, and/or software tools.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects with multiple internal and external dependencies.
