Key Responsibilities
Sales Compensation & Commissions
- Support the Sales Incentive Plan, including commission calculations.
- Apply Sales Commission Split policies and maintain accurate commission data.
- Validate incentive-related data, perform reconciliations, and resolve compensation inquiries.
- Maintain Performance Measures and support ICM configuration updates.
Systems Administration
- Perform system administration tasks across ICM and EPM.
- Support data loads, configuration updates, and troubleshooting activities.
Planning & Operational Support
- Assist with Annual Sales Planning data preparation and validation.
- Support C2O fall-out resolution through structured data checks and cross-team coordination.
- Maintain territory assignments in EPM and validate account tier classifications.
Process Improvement & Governance
- Create and maintain SOPs for compensation and territory processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, tool enhancements, and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT to ensure alignment and timely deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Operations, Incentive Compensation, or analytical roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, IF statements, data validation, advanced formulas).
- Strong analytical ability and accuracy in data interpretation.
- Familiarity with ICM/SPM, EPM, or CRM tools preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, patience, and meticulous data handling.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple deadlines.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
