Job Description:
· Enable customers by resolving device / IP / software issues, inclusive of debugging, simulations, customer education and close communications with stakeholders.
· Create / debug or enhance customer demos and reference designs for Lattice devices and evaluation boards.
· Develop or improve technical publications such as data sheets, user guides and application notes.
· Evaluate and test new software releases.
· Assist in product definition per customer requirements and needs.
· Support engagements and presentations such as seminars, web cases and training programs.
· Deliver device and tools training to FAEs, Distributor FAEs & customers.
