- Perform order management function such as order booking, reschedules and cancellations.
- Process documentation for customer returns.
- Point of contact between Sales/customers and Operations team.
- Communicate order status, leadtime and other related details in supporting customer demand in a timely manner.
- Coordinate expedites by clearly communicating customer requirements to Planning team and providing improvement updates to Sales/customer.
- Manage customer escalations and collaborate with different stakeholders in understanding and addressing customer supply needs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in achieving more effective and more efficient process.
