Responsible for Lattice Manila and Lattice Singapore Statutory books
Prepare Month End Close Journal Entries and Close Activities
Prepare Account Reconciliations and Analysis
Financial Review and Comparative Analysis
SOX compliance and documentation requirements
Coordinate and Work with External Auditors during Financial Audit
Local Compliance requirements for PH and Singapore
Ad Hoc requirements
Required Skills:
Bachelor of Science Accountancy
CPA is preferred
At least 3 years’ experience relevant experience.
Advantage on the experience in Oracle, Blackline system and Concur System
Self Driven and has initiative to learn the system
Strong technical accounting background with a thorough knowledge of US GAAP
Oracle ERP experience preferred
Strong, disciplined work paper preparation skills
Highly detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to effectively communicate technical issues to finance and non-finance personnel at all levels of a global organization
Ability to lead meetings
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and manage competing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
