Responsibilities & Skills
Accountabilities:
- Manage the Soft IP lifecycle, including new IP releases, change management, consumption tracking, and end-of-life (EOL) execution.
- Partner closely with the Product Marketing Manager and Technical Product Marketing Manager on IP roadmap lifecycle planning and new product introduction (NPI) device enablement.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Sales, R&D, Product and Segment Marketing, and other business units to ensure timely delivery, effective communication, and smooth transitions across lifecycle stages. And to deliver effective communication tools and resources for sales and partner enablement.
- Oversee the creation, analysis, and distribution of IP consumption and licensing reports to provide strategic insights that inform roadmap planning and business decisions.
- Drive lifecycle governance and process improvements, enabling operational excellence in IP-related milestones and continuous optimization of marketing workflows.
- Support Go-to-Market (GTM) operational activities for IP Cores, including launch readiness, messaging alignment, packaging of IP offerings, and enablement material preparation to ensure successful IP introduction and adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute GTM plans, monitor launch performance, and optimize marketing tactics based on feedback and data insights.
- Develop and manage IP marketing collaterals, ensuring availability across key platforms including the Lattice website, Sales Toolbox, and the IP Marketing SharePoint hub.
- Support IP promotion efforts by ensuring content accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with go-to-market strategies.
