Responsibilities & Skills

- Demonstrate strong leadership in managing complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to address customer supply requirements and resolve issues proactively.
- Analyze data and apply strategic thinking to identify and resolve supply gaps and/or other issues before resulting in a customer escalation
- Drive end-to-end project management, ensuring alignment across teams, timely delivery of outcomes and seamless execution.
- Serve as a central point of contact between customers/Sales and internal teams such as Planning, Logistics, Quality, etc.
- Maintain a business manager mindset, balancing operational execution with strategic priorities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a more effective and more efficient customer supply management processes.
- Exhibit sound judgment and decisiveness in navigating complex challenges, addressing immediate needs while supporting long-term strategy.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Highly adaptable to the ever changing business needs
- Assist in developing junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
