The general accounting position will handle below listed activities mostly supporting consolidated accounting, including but not limited to compliance to policies and guidelines and SOX internal controls.

• Responsible for the primary and statutory books of Lattice Sales offices
• Prepare month end close journal entries and various close activities
• Prepare Account Reconciliations and Analysis
• Financial Review and Comparative Analysis
• SOX compliance and documentation requirements
• Coordinate and Work with External Auditors during Financial Audit
• Local Compliance requirements of Lattice Sales offices, varies based on country it is based
• Coordinate with 3rd party accounting and payroll
• Womb to tomb accounting of sales Offices
• Processing of Concur employee reimbursements
• Ad Hoc requirements
