Lattice Semiconductor is seeking an enthusiastic RTL Design Engineer to join our Soft IP team.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in digital design. You’ll be part of a collaborative team working on RTL development, learning industry best practices, and contributing to real-world projects. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes the initiative, and enjoys solving design challenges with guidance and support from experienced engineers.

Responsibilities: 

• Design, Implement and Test RTL designs using standard FPGA synthesis, simulation and validation tools
• Understand the specifications, use cases and test and verify design IPs using System Verilog, C, and UVM
• Create and maintain design specifications
• Develop highly flexible and portable testbenches
• Debug and analyze test results
• Collaborate with design engineers, IP developers and SW developers to deliver high quality SoC verification on regular cadence.
• Design and develop testbench components such as Universal Verification Components, BFMs and verification tools

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineer
• Knowledge of Digital Logic Design

  • Sequential Circuits
  • FSMs
  • Timing
• Familiar with Verilog / VHDL
• Basic coding and scripting skills in any language
• Willing to work on-site
• Must possess independent problem-solving skills
• Good teamwork and able to collaborate with multi-site teams
• Good written and verbal communication skills
