Responsibilities & Skills

This is a first level Senior General Accounting Position Handling Lattice contracts monitoring and review for appropriate accounting treatment and risks mitigation from Tax and other functional area perspective.

The scope requires forecasting, management of prepaids and contractual obligations, compliance to US GAAP, policies and guidelines, SOX internal controls.

Job Detailed Description

  • Responsible for the Accounting Review of all Lattice Contracts, raise possible risks for Tax, Purchasing and other areas of Finance

  • Management of various Prepaids and Contractual Obligation accounts

  • Month end close activities and reconciliations of Prepaids and Contractual Obligations, Cash Journal Entries and Others

  • Peer Reviewer of Blackline Reconciliations

  • Prepaids, Short term and long-term Liability Accounts forecast

  • SOX controls, Internal and External Audit Compliance

  • Projects and ad hocs
