Responsibilities & Skills

This role is responsible for Global HR Service delivery with a focus on benefits and staffing support. It is responsible for the day-to-day HR Operations, benefits enrollment, vendor communications, and supporting the HR Talent Acquisition team. It will also assist in the processing of onboarding and offboarding workflows and general administration tasks supporting global team members and HR team. It aims to contribute to the continual improvement of the team’s service delivery, maintaining adherence to the prescribed key performance indicators for this role.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for data entry into various HR systems including, but not limited to Workday HRIS, iCIMS recruiting, Workday onboarding, and learning tools
    • Support new hire and existing employee benefit enrollment, changes, and troubleshooting
    • Assist in the different stages of talent acquisition activities including recruiting, pre-boarding, onboarding, reporting, and metrics
    • Individually review and follow through on required disposition of background checks, and employment eligibility documents submitted by new employees
    • Build sufficient system knowledge to assist in generating reports and data for analytics requirements of the business
    • Provide onboarding and offboarding support as needed
    • Provide administrative support to the HR centers of excellence teams
    • Maintain global HR mailbox; responsible to triage of employee issues and direct them to the appropriate HR or business function as need to resolve
    • All other duties as assigned

  • Qualifications and experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, human resources management, business administration or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years previous HR experience.
    • Experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with focus on data analytics reporting and processes, HR Shared Services and support experience would be an advantage.
    • Experience working in a complex global organization supporting remote customers would be ideal.
    • Ability to creatively use resources and adjust to changes quickly and professionally.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also in a team environment.
    • Strong attention to detail.

  • Technical Competencies:
    • MS Office skills
    • HRIS, ATS, and/or LMS system knowledge

  • Non-Technical Competencies:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Works effectively with confidential information
    • Ability to manage workload effectively
    • Work effectively as part of a team
    • Excellent customer service skills
