We are seeking an IP Validation Manager with experience in leading a team of IP validation engineers to deliver to New Production Introduction (NPI) validation milestones.

Requirements

Key Skills

• Project management with experience in managing engineering requirements, work priorities and issues resolutions. Ability to make engineering recommendation to meet customers’ requirements and delivery schedule.

• Building and managing high performance IP engineering team

• Hands-on experience in FPGA IP design, IP/system validation, debug and timing closure are essential to provide technical/functional guidance to the team

• Strong background and Experience in either Serdes or memory protocols (e.g.: PCIe, Ethernet, DDR) and familiarity on associated validation equipment

Education and General:

• BS/MS/PhD in Electronics or Computer Engineering minimal 12 years of IP engineering management experience.

• Experience in cross functional team collaborations

• Independent and self-motivated, capable of executing under dynamic environment and uncertainties
