We are seeking a highly skilled Server and Datacenter Business Development Marketing Leader to spearhead our marketing efforts in the server and datacenter ecosystem. This role demands expertise in vertical/segment marketing, complemented by strong business development skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the server and datacenter industry, preferably with hyper scalers, and possess exceptional communication, leadership, and ecosystem engagement capabilities. Experience with FPGA technologies is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Positioning
Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the server and datacenter vertical, focusing on hyper scaler accounts and other high-growth segments.
Craft compelling value propositions, messaging, and go-to-market plans to differentiate solutions in the competitive landscape.
Business Development
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with hyper scalers, OEMs, ODMs, and other key stakeholders in the server and datacenter ecosystem.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Ecosystem Engagement
Leverage industry connections to deepen relationships with ecosystem partners and elevate the company’s brand presence.
Represent the company at industry events, forums, and initiatives to promote collaborations and thought leadership.
Leadership Through Influence
Work across functional teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Act as a change agent, driving alignment on objectives and priorities within global teams and external partners.
Market Insights & Analysis
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics.
Provide actionable insights to influence product roadmaps and business strategies.
Communication & Storytelling
Develop compelling narratives and presentations that clearly articulate the company’s value in server and datacenter solutions.
Serve as the primary spokesperson for the vertical, effectively engaging hyper scalers, partners, and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
Professional Experience:
Minimum 10 years in server and datacenter ecosystems, with demonstrated success in business development and marketing.
Proven experience working with hyper scalers and engaging with their unique requirements.
FPGA knowledge or experience is highly desirable.
Marketing & Business Development Expertise:
Strong background in vertical/segment marketing, including go-to-market strategy and customer engagement.
Demonstrated ability to identify and secure high-value strategic partnerships.
Leadership & Communication:
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Leadership through influence, with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration.
Ecosystem Reach:
Established network within the server and datacenter industry, especially among hyper scalers and technology partners.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering,Computer science or related fields (required).
Postgraduate education in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

Benefits
The base pay for this role is between $180,000 to $230,000 per year in the Bay Area. Compensation will align with the local markets in other areas. In addition to base salary, we offer an incentive plan bonus and new hire equity for a competitive total compensation package.
