Lattice Semiconductor is seeking for an Accountant to join our Finance Team focused on Lattice Accounting and Compliance. This position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with ample opportunity to contribute, learn and grow.
Accountabilities:
The general accounting position will handle below listed activities mostly supporting consolidated accounting, including but not limited to compliance to policies and guidelines and SOX internal controls.
Prepare technical memos to support company’s approach and its adherence to US GAAP.
Interpretations of US GAAP and its impact to Lattice
Prepare and manage usage based prepaid and contractual obligations.
Prepare the company elimination process.
Verify and checks investment in Subsidiaries
Manages and analysis of Revaluation and Translation effect on the consolidated books
Quarterly BOD/ELT related party Analysis
Quarterly Significant Influence Stockholder Analysis
Manage recurring transactions for the year
Next level checks on the ROU and lease liability for all Lattice sites
Manages ARO checks and verification on a quarterly basis
Various journal entries as required for close
Blackline reconciliations
Assist with special projects & other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Bachelor of Science Accountancy or Advanced Accounting.
CPA is preferred
3+ years’ experience in public accounting, preferably Big 4
At least 5 years’ experience relevant experience.
Advantage on the experience in Oracle, Blackline system
Strong technical accounting background with a thorough knowledge of US GAAP
Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements preferred
Oracle ERP experience preferred
Strong, disciplined work paper preparation skills
Highly detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to effectively communicate technical issues to finance and non-finance personnel at all levels of a global organization
Experience with technical research and ability to interpret accounting guidance in supporting conclusions
Ability to clearly and concisely document complex accounting and reporting issues and prepare high quality accounting memoranda
Ability to lead meetings
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and manage competing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
