Responsibilities & Skills

Lattice Semiconductor is seeking for an Accountant to join our Finance Team focused on Stocks Administration Accounting and Compliance.  This position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with ample opportunity to contribute, learn and grow.

Accountabilities: 

The Stock Administrator position will be reporting in our Manila location and will be handling below responsibilities

  • Provide accurate stock plan administration of the data that is maintained in Equity Edge Online (ETRADE)

  • Ensure the accuracy in accounting transactions for stock option grants/exercises, RSU grants/releases, and company stock repurchases.  Includes the review and reconciliation of DWAC’s processed.

  • Support the ESPP enrollment and purchase processes, ensuring compliance with the Company’s ESPP program policies and procedures

  • Maintain and update the company insider list and blackout periods for equity trading

  • Work closely with the payroll manager and international accounting teams to ensure correct payroll tax processing of equity compensation

  • Partner with Human Resources, Legal, and Tax departments on all matters involving employee equity compensation

  • Data support for the Company’s annual proxy filing

  • Develop and generate ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed

  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and propose appropriate solutions. Interpret & communicate the Company’s equity policies and procedures to employees at all levels.

  • Support other areas of the Close and Reporting accounting team

  • Assist with special projects & other duties as assigned

 Systems Knowledge:

  • ETRADE / Equity Edge Online / Morgan Stanley-at-Work online tools experience preferred

  • Experience with Oracle ERP and Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) payroll software a definite plus

  • Microsoft Office – intermediate Excel skills including lookups, formula control checks, and pivot tables

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years prior experience in equity accounting and stock administration at publicly traded companies

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or Equity Compensation Associate (ECA) preferred

  • Ability to deliver business results under pressure, championing performance improvement/ automation and customer focus

  • Experience within a high-tech company preferred
