This role is responsible for the delivery of enterprise HR services including global metrics and analytics. It is responsible for the day-to-day processing of workflows and general administration tasks supporting global employees and the HR team. It aims to contribute to the continual improvement of the team’s service delivery, maintaining adherence to the key performance indicators for this role.
Accountabilities:
Learn the HR Team’s systems, and understand the business processes related to the systems, create process and workflows mapping, and to support implementations.
Build sufficient system knowledge to assist in generating reports and data for analytics requirements of the business.
Design, develop, document, and maintain reports and dashboards using data from multiple systems including ATS, LMS, Internal and External Surveys, and HRIS.
Proactively apply analytical and research skills to monitor trends and elevate issues due to data variances.
Ensure accuracy and on time delivery of periodic and ad hoc reporting
Respond to ad hoc requests from Leadership, Service Delivery teams and Internal departments
Proactively audit data and process variances and elevate issues appropriately.
Perform the following duties and responsibilities to support delivery of HR services:
Responsible for data entry into various HR systems including, but not limited, to HRIS and learning tools.
Assist in HR projects and process documentation.
Provide administrative support to the HR Centers of excellence and specialist teams.
Maintain and manage HR mailbox---responsible for triage of employee queries and issues and directing them to appropriate function in-charge.
Contribute to HR project works as required
Contribute to and manage HR projects as required, perform other tasks relevant to the role.
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, human resources management, business administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years previous HR experience.
Strong organizational and problem resolution skills. HR Shared Services and support experience would be an advantage.
Experience in project management and implementation is a plus.
Experience working in a complex global organization supporting remote customers would be ideal.
Ability to creatively use resources and adjust to changes quickly and professionally.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail.
