Lattice is seeking candidates for the position of Sr. Staff Software Dev Engineer

Role specifics:

• This is a full-time onsite position located in Pune.

Accountabilities:

• Familiarity and hands on experience with DevOps principles including CI/CD, Perforce/Github, EDA tools etc.

• Innovate around GenAI applications and productivity automation.

• Public multi-cloud and private cloud administration

• Experience working with FPGAs & tool flow (Lattice/Intel/Xilinx)

• Understanding RTL design experience. UVM knowledge a plus

• Adopt best-in-class methodologies and improve Lattice's capabilities where needed.

• Develop strong relationships with worldwide teams.

• Occasional travel as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer systems degree, or equivalent

• 12 years of overall experience in software development

• Proficient in one or more programming languages like tcl, perl, or python. Tcl strongly preferred.

• Independent worker with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

• Proven ability to work with multiple groups across different sites and time zones.
