Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter will develop and execute recruiting strategies specific to the business needs. You will provide best in class consultative recruiting services to enable the business to identify and hire top talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of filling requisitions in a high growth organization and partnering with the business to deliver talent in alignment with Lattices’ Core Values.
Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end recruitment, including market research, recruitment strategy, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer negotiations & acceptance
Partner with hiring managers and follow interview processes that lead to exceptional hires
Identify/clarify job requirements and competencies, review job descriptions to ensure they are accurate and contain inclusive language.
Using the job description as a guide, create compelling marketing job posts
Create sourcing strategies that will drive talent to open positions and create a robust pipeline at all levels inclusive of diversity.
Proactively manage a pipeline of candidates in anticipation of future business needs
Consistently deliver a positive and timely recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
Be an exceptional communicator, keeping all stakeholders up to date on recruiting efforts
Qualifications and experience:
8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth company
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience
Experience using an applicant tracking system, HRIS Systems, and MS Office Suite
Excellent communication skills and with history of creating collaborative and successful relationships with business stakeholders
Proven ability to identify, source, and engage candidates through creative and innovative sourcing approaches
Focused experience with sourcing candidates using internet search skills via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other tools
Experience utilizing data to influence the business, recruiting goals, and projections
Highly self-motivated and driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Ability to work independently and effectively in an autonomous environment
Technical Competencies:
MS Office skills
ATS knowledge (iCIMS, Workday preferred)
