System and Solutions Engineering's mission is to create growth opportunities and impacts with programmable logic. Our vision is to unleash FPGA designs' potential through system solution innovation. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible to enable embedded vision development using Lattice low power FPGA. The vision pipeline integrated with our unique neural network inference engine enables AI/ML at edge. You need to bring skills related to mission vision, human machine interface, informatics or similar application domain.

 

 

Job Description

 

We are seeking a highly motivated system design engineer who will be responsible to design and develop Embedded Systems on FPGA. You will enable video/image pipeline integrated with our RISC-V core and ML engine. You need to have good understanding of embedded system design involving FPGA and embedded processors. You need to be passionate to work at system level to partition the design between HW and SW.

 

 

Requirements

 

Key Skills

  • In-depth experience in designing and developing systems with Verilog-HDL.
  • Good understanding of image processing algorithms.
  • HW/SW co-design and Co-Verification experience.
  • Hands-on experience with sensor integration like camera, LiDAR, RADAR.
  • Hands on experience in architecting system with embedded processors and peripherals like MIPI, SPI, i2c, usb.
  • Experience with OpenCV, Matlab is a plus.
  • Experience with PGA design tools and expertise in timing closure, CDC on complex designs.
  • Good understanding of system bring-up and debug issues at board level.

Education and General:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Electronics or Computer Engineering minimum of 8 years (6 for MS) of system design experience.
  • Independent and self-motivated, capable of executing under dynamic environment and uncertainties.
  • Innovative, problem solver who likes to come up with newer and better solutions for existing problems.
  • Good communication skill.
