Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Sales Operations Support Analyst to join the Sales Operations team.  This position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with ample opportunity to contribute, learn and grow.

Accountabilities: 

• Perform analysis to confirm that data created is in accordance with data quality standards thus maintaining data integrity of information stored in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team by resolving any discrepancy of information on customer accounts and opportunities through intensive research.
• Support established processes and procedures related to the collection and accuracy of data.
• Make recommendations to support continuous improvement of data quality and validation processes.
• Handle concerns and provide appropriate solutions in collaboration with others within the time limits.
• Drive consistent usage of CRM system and adherence to sales processes.
• Act as a point-of-resource to all the other departments in the company relating to the CRM software.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-year relevant experience in sales operations support / sales role is preferred
• Excellent English communication skills in oral and written.
• Ability to gather, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help inform decisions.
• Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team player in a diverse work group.
• Experience in Oracle Sales Cloud or any CRM platform is a plus.
• High attention to detail and concern for accuracy
