A successful candidate will join a team designing and developing Lattice FPGA software tools at Penang. The candidate will contribute to research, design and develop software tools (Lattice Programmer) for Lattice FPGA configuration. The candidate is expectd to innovate new tools and features to improve customer experience in Lattice FPGA configuration as well as the FPGA issue debugging. The candidate is expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute Lattice Programmer release cycle including requirement analysis, feature scoping, development, testing and validation. The candidate also will be responsible for maintaining existing software product tool and develop improvement plan to increase the test coverage to achieve high product quality.

Bachelor, Master (Prefer) or better in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Embedded System Programming, Real-time System Programming
- Expertise in C/C++, Perl, Python, JAM, SVF, TCL, Verilog, Assembly Language
- Expertise in automated system QA framework, firmware and software tester.

Preferred
- Knowledge or experience in FPGA configuration tool development
- Knowledge or experience in FPGA development is a plus
