Senior Product Marketing Manager

Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manger to join the Marketing team with responsibility for one of our product lines. This position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with ample opportunity to contribute, learn and grow.

Accountabilities: 

• Develop and drive execution of promotional plan for the assigned products.
• Define technical and business elements to ensure new products are delivered complete into the market.  Drive execution within multifunctional product development team.
• Define messaging for product line and product families within the product line.
• Provide regular status to executive team regarding progress of the product line.
• Define pricing strategy and work with pricing team to monitor and adjust as needed.
• In conjunction with sales team, customers and development assess and recommend course of action for sales team and customer requests.
• Provide customer and sales feedback into the new product roadmap.

Required Skills

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with multiple groups.
• 4+ years system design using FPGAs or ASSP devices.
• 2+ years of experience in product marketing or MBA with strong emphasis on marketing electives.
• Must be able to drive projects and lead a discussion.

The base pay for this role is between $180,000 to $225,000 per year. In addition to base salary, we offer an incentive plan bonus and new hire equity for a competitive total compensation package.
