We are looking for a passionate BI Data Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. BI Data Analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. BI Data Analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. Analyze current business processes, gather complex business requirements, and prepare functional design to provide robust and scalable BI solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as a SCM domain expert.
- Establish and foster strong relationships with colleagues in the Operations and Customer Service.
- Work on design and build solutions Oracle E-Business Suite and integrate with 3rd party systems.
- Embrace best practices in building Business requirements documentation and Functional Design documentation on business process flow.
- Support existing configurations and customizations in the Order Management, Logistics, and Manufacturing modules of Oracle E-Business Suite
- Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.

Job Requirements:
- BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
- 10+ years of software engineering or related experience.
- 8+ years of strong experience working on Oracle E-Business Suite
- Implementation experience with Oracle E-Business Suite modules Order Management, Manufacturing, Logistics
- Ability to develop and review complex solutions for P2P, OM, Inventory, Manufacturing flows.
- Involved in at least one full implementation cycle of SCM solutions with post-production support experience.
- Ability to think creatively and combine big-picture perspective with detailed, fact-based recommendations.
- Experience in working with Multi-National & Offshore / Onsite team.
- Analytical and detailed-oriented in approaching problem solving.
- Ability to work effectively with Cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively as a team and independently in a process-based environment.
- Prior experience in a hi-tech/semi-conductor implementation is a plus.
