Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Center Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in data center operations, network architecture, and system administration.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the design and implementation of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
- Monitor and maintain data center performance, ensuring optimal efficiency and uptime.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of data center systems to identify and address potential issues.
- Develop and implement data center policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration of new technologies and systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data center issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee the installation and configuration of data center hardware and software.
- Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions to ensure data integrity and continuity.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to recommend and implement best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data center management and operations, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- In-depth knowledge of data center technologies, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
- Strong understanding of data center security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are a plus.
